Order Processing
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing and handling. All fragrance decants are hand-poured to order to ensure freshness and quality. You will receive a notification when your order has been dispatched.

Orders below the free shipping threshold will be charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.
!!Fragrance Shipping Regulations!!
Fragrance decants and products contain alcohol and are classified as flammable liquids under Canadian and international shipping regulations. As a result, all fragrance orders must be shipped via ground service only. Air shipping is not available for fragrance orders. This applies to all domestic and international shipments.
If air shipping has been paid for on an order containing fragrance products, your account will receive a credit for the difference. We do not offer refunds on shipping fees.
Local Delivery
Local delivery orders are typically delivered within 2-4 business days of order confirmation. You will receive a notification when your order is on its way. Delivery is available within our local service area.
Canada-Wide Shipping
Standard ground shipping across Canada. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
International Shipping
We ship internationally via ground-compatible services. Please note that international delivery times vary significantly by destination. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and are beyond our control.
Packaging
Every decant is individually sealed, wrapped in protective packaging, and packed with care to ensure safe transit. In the rare event of damage during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number.

Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has shipped. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of your order, please contact us.
