Q: Are your products cruelty-free?
A: Yes, many of the products we sell, including our house brand and the niche brands we carry, are cruelty-free. Please check each product description for more details.
Q: Can you tell me more about the niche brands you carry?
A: We carry a rotating selection of niche brands that align with our values and meet our standards of quality. These brands are often smaller, independent companies that offer unique and innovative products.
Fragrance Decants
Q: Are your fragrances 100% authentic?
A: Always! Each of our decants is poured directly from the original retail bottle, purchased from authorized retailers. We never sell fakes, imitations, inspired-by versions, or counterfeit products. Okanagan Beauty is an independent decant retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any fragrance brand.
Q: What is a fragrance decant?
A: A perfume decant is a small portion of an authentic fragrance that has been transferred from its original bottle into a travel-sized vial. Decants allow fragrance newbies and enthusiasts to try luxury fragrances before committing. Buy decants at a fraction of the full bottle cost to try new scents, build your fragrance wardrobe, or for help travelling light.
Q: What sizes do you offer?
A: We currently offer 3mL, 5mL, and 10mL decants. Please read the product description as some decants come in a crimped glass vial, while others are packaged in premium airless atomizers - ready for travel.
Q: How are the decants packaged for shipping?
A: Each decant is wrapped with care before being packed into a bubble mailer. We take extra care with every order to ensure your decants arrive safely.
Q: Can I return or exchange a decant?
A: Due to the personal nature of fragrance products all sales are final.
Q: Are fragrance decants suitable for all ages?
A: We recommend our fragrance products for customers aged 16+.
Q: How should I store my perfume decants?
A: Store your decants upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture. Proper storage preserves the integrity of the fragrance and extends its shelf life.
False Lashes
Q: What's the difference between "3D False Lashes" and "Faux Silk Lashes"?
A: Just the packaging! All of our lashes are Faux Silk and vegan, meaning no animals were harmed or used in the making of our falsies.
Q: The band is too long to fit my eye! How do I trim them?
A: If you're finding the band is too long to comfortably fit your eye while you're wearing OKNGN Beauty lashes, trim a small section off the outer corner. Do this before applying any glue to the band and hold it up to the eye to check if they are the right length. If they are still too long, trim another small section.
PRO TIP: You can save the trimmed ends and stack them on top of the lash band to give a little extra fullness and flare to your lashes!
Q: How many times can I reuse my lashes?
A: Your lashes should last you 15+ wears with proper care!
Q: Do I need to take off my lashes before I go to bed?
A: Yes! It is always best practice to remove any makeup before going to bed, but it is especially important to remove your lashes before sleeping. OKNGN Beauty is not responsible for misuse of our products.
Q: Can I go swimming/shower/sauna with my lashes on?
A: We highly recommend against wearing lashes for any activity that could get them wet! When the lashes come in contact with too much water or steam, they tend to lose their shape/curl, and it can decrease the lifespan of your lashes.
Q: Can I return/exchange my lashes?
A: Unfortunately, OKNGN Beauty cannot accept any returns or exchanges for hygienic reasons. Please check our return policy or email us at contact@okngnbeauty.com for any further questions.
Shipping & Orders
Q: Oh no! I made a mistake, can I cancel/modify my order?
A: Okanagan Beauty strives to fulfill and ship your order out as quickly as possible once it is received. Please email us immediately at contact@okngnbeauty.com, and we will work with you to find the best solution. Cancellations and refunds, if possible, are subject to a restocking fee.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: All orders over $55 ship within Canada complimentary! For orders under $55, we offer $8 flat rate shipping.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Yes, Okanagan Beauty ships free over $85 internationally and is not responsible for any customs/duty fees your country may charge on arrival.
Please note that fragrance is classified as a flammable liquid and can only be shipped via ground service - air shipping is not available for fragrance orders. Delivery times for international orders vary by destination.

Q: Can I use multiple discounts/codes?
A: Unfortunately, we are unable to allow stacking of multiple discount codes or promotions at this time - besides our free shipping offer!
Q: Do you offer a pro discount?
A: We currently offer an exclusive pro discount to makeup artists, models, drag queens, and other industry professionals at our discretion. OKNGN Beauty reserves the right to change the discount amount, qualifications, or revoke pro status without notice. Please email us at contact@okngnbeauty.com for more information!
Q: Do you offer discounts for large orders?
A: Yes! We love to support our local community and offer special pricing on wholesale orders. This includes dance companies, acting studios, atheletic teams, companies looking to purchase as gifts, etc.
