Refund policy
Exchanges
We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. Due to the nature of our products, we do NOT accept returns.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at contact@okngnbeauty.com. Please note, we may request your exchanges be sent to our return address. This address will be provided via email, on a case-by-case basis.
If your exchange is accepted, we will confirm the items to be exchanged, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without an approved exchange request will not be accepted or returned to sender.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will make it right with a replacement or store credit.

Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do NOT accept returns on any of our products or gift cards.
Cosmetic and Decant Refund Policy
Due to the nature of fragrance and personal care products, all sales on decants and lash products are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on new, open, or used decant vials.
Leakage in Transit
Every decant is sealed, individually wrapped, and packaged with care. In the rare event of leakage during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will make it right.
All Sales Final
We are unable to accept returns on cosmetics, personal care, and fragrance products due to hygiene and safety regulations. We strongly encourage customers to research ingredient lists, fragrance notes, and families before purchasing. Our blog and product descriptions are designed to help you make a confident choice.

Non-returnable or Exchangeable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, fragrance decants). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
